SALYM is an online education marketplace for learners age 4-17 Yrs old. It was designed for parents to find and book Classes for their kids & youth, and for instructors to market, sell and conduct their Classes. SALYM takes a 15% service fee from each enrolment …this means we only win when you win !

If you have the passion to share your knowledge, you have an expertise in a particular topic, you have patience with kids & youth and have good command of the language you will teach with, then you are meant to teach! As simple as this! Our tutors come from a variety of backgrounds. A teaching diploma or certificate is not required to join the SALYM tutors community, but be mindful that we will need to run an Identity & Qualification screening …at the end…we all want the safety and security of our youth behind the screens (These are our core values anyways) !
First step to join SALYM as a tutor is to register and filling all required fields & pass the identity screening steps. Once your registration is complete, you will receive by email your access to your Tutor Account which allows you to freely list your class, set your prices, number of students, your schedule, communicate with enrolled students and many other functionalities.
Please be advised that any Class’s content is subject to SALYM Board approval before they are shared publicly.
As a tutor, you are free to set your Class prices, session duration and decide on the number of students to be enrolled in your class.
Lets’ take a simple example, if you decide that your Class will be run for 30 min and you set 5U$ per session and you decided to take 3 Students, this is equivalent to 30U$ per hour…Now extract the platform 15% Service fees you will earn US$ 25.5

We recommend to keep your Classes reasonably priced and in small groups settings so you can provide quality teaching. A recent SALYM survey indicated that Price and number of student in a group is among parents criteria to choose a Class or a Tutor.Â
